is seeking a motivated, professional Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to build a rewarding career in the swimming pool industry. During your first four weeks, you'll receive paid training at $20.00 per hour (40 hours per week) while learning our products, sales process, construction methods, and customer experience standards. After training, this position transitions to a commission-based compensation plan with 3% commission on sales, offering excellent earning potential for driven individuals. Responsibilities Meet with prospective homeowners to discuss their pool project. Conduct property evaluations and understand construction layouts. Read and interpret basic survey layouts and site plans. Prepare and present pool design and pricing proposals. Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process. Maintain consistent communication with clients from consultation through contract. Work closely with our construction and design teams to ensure project accuracy. Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Represent Paragon Pools professionally at all times. Will be required to generate pool layouts and plans for the proposal process Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn construction terminology and pool installation processes. Ability to understand property surveys and construction layouts (or willingness to learn). Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Compensation

• Training Period (First 4 Weeks): ○ $20.00 per hour ○ 40 hours per week ○ Paid weekly

After Training:

$52,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
