Lawn Restoration Consultant for Oxford Lawn - Wildwood, FL Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided | Salary + Performance Bonus | No Commission We're looking for a trusted advisor, not a salesperson Oxford Lawn is one of Central Florida's premier lawn restoration companies. We specialize in improving soil health through core aeration, compost topdressing, and premium lawn restoration services. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and educating customers. If you're the type of person who values honesty over high-pressure sales, we'd love to meet you. We hire character first and experience second. We can teach lawn restoration. We can't teach integrity, honesty, curiosity, or a genuine desire to help people. This is not a commission sales position. We believe our customers deserve recommendations based on what their lawn actually needs—not what generates the biggest paycheck. No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. We provide qualified leads and scheduled appointments. Your job is to educate homeowners, evaluate their lawn, and recommend only the services they truly need. What You'll Do Meet homeowners at their property. Evaluate lawn health and identify problems. Educate customers on the causes of their lawn issues. Recommend restoration services only when appropriate. Prepare professional estimates using our software. Follow up with prospective customers. Maintain detailed notes and photos. Build long-term customer relationships. During slower periods, work alongside our production crews to continue learning the industry. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Loves helping people. Is honest, ethical, and trustworthy. Enjoys learning and constantly improving. Is comfortable speaking with homeowners. Has strong communication skills. Can explain technical information in simple terms. Is organized and detail-oriented. Can work independently. Takes pride in representing a premium company. Lawn care experience is helpful—but not required. We can teach lawn restoration. We cannot teach integrity.

Compensation Starting Pay:

$25.00 per hour (approximately $52,000 annually ) Full-time position (40 hours per week) Quarterly performance bonuses based on: Closing percentage Customer satisfaction Estimate accuracy Professionalism Teamwork Company vehicle provided during work hours Paid training Opportunity for advancement as Oxford Lawn continues to grow This is a salary/hourly position with performance bonuses—not a commission sales position.
