Duties Assist customers in selecting plumbing and electrical supplies, providing expert advice on product features and compatibility Manage inventory levels using inventory management systems, ensuring accurate stock counts and part sourcing Process sales transactions efficiently using order management systems, including pricing adjustments and upselling opportunities Coordinate with suppliers to source parts, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships for timely procurement Support warehouse operations by organizing shipping & receiving activities, maintaining logistics inventory management, and ensuring proper parts administration Maintain internal communication channels to update team members on stock availability, demand planning, and procurement status Requirements Proven experience in Plumbing and/or Electrical field (Minimum 5 years) Proven experience in Sales (Minimum 5 years) Strong Plumbing/Electrical knowledge of supplies and application Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and documentation purposes Knowledge of procurement management, demand planning, and logistics inventory management practices Experience with parts sourcing, negotiation with suppliers, and pricing strategies Join us as a Counter Sales Associate to be at the heart of our operations—delivering top-tier service while managing vital supply chain functions.
