Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, building strong customer relationships and driving new business opportunities. Your expertise in sales, management, and customer service will help us expand our footprint in the roofing industry while providing top-tier solutions to clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new leads and expand territory coverage. Prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation techniques. Manage existing accounts with excellent customer relationship management (CRM) practices to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess roofing needs and present tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining profitability. Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead flow. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or technical sales within the construction or roofing industry preferred. Strong management skills with a focus on territory sales and account management. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and customer tracking. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills essential for closing deals effectively. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting, upselling, and deal closing strategies. Experience working remotely or in outside sales environments is highly desirable. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for territory management.
