Duties Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with the sales management team to refine strategies and improve performance. Inside/Outside sales and job site visits status. Build strong customer relationships Data entry of orders, sales and vendor P.O.'s Tracking orders and inventory Skills Background in sales with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of builidng materials, windows and doors preferred Knowledge of plan take-off's and estimating preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
