Job Description

Who We Are Founded in 1998, OmniMetrix is the leader and pioneer in Internet of Things (IoT) wireless remote monitoring, diagnostics, and control of critical assets. We increase asset reliability by eliminating 95% of "fail to start" situations, providing 24/7 continuous diagnostics for military and government assets, gas pipelines, oil & gas equipment, and emergency power applications. Our web-based platform delivers real-time notification of changes or alarm conditions across a customer's equipment network, along with extensive reporting, analysis, graphing, and remote-control capabilities. Our systems are installed globally across gas pipelines and other critical facilities, including cell towers, grocery stores, medical facilities, data centers, public transportation systems, and federal, state, and municipal government facilities. Who You Are The Sales Operations Admin provides administrative and operational support to the OmniMetrix sales team, ensuring accurate, timely order processing and account management for our growing customer base. This role is a key point of contact for customers and internal teams alike — supporting the sales process end to end, delivering responsive customer service, and helping expand customer understanding of OmniMetrix products and services in a way that supports continued company growth. What You'll Do Order Processing & Account Management Process new sales orders for equipment and services, maintaining accurate files, pricing, and credit memos Process customer account changes, including disconnects, installations, and transfers Work with sales and warehouse staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time Contact customers regarding past-due accounts Sales & Customer Support Coordinate with the sales team to schedule sales meetings, calls, customer onboarding, and training sessions Deliver exceptional customer service by managing the flow of customer requirements, inquiries, and account changes, ensuring on-time delivery and timely communication of order and change status Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate travel and tradeshow logistics as needed General Administrative Support Maintain accurate, organized records across orders, accounts, and pricing Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the General Manage What You Bring Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of customer service experience 3+ years of order processing experience 2+ years of sales support experience Experience with Salesforce Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment Strong sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting customer expectations Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced office environment Comfortable working a Monday-Friday in-office schedule
EDUCATION
Associate's degree or equivalent related business experience
