• Is reliable, organized, and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful boutique environment.

Compensation:

• Starting pay $16.50/hour, increase after 3 months to 17.50
• Plus 4% commission on sales — strong sales performance is an important part of this role.

Please note:

• This is an active retail position, not a sit-down job.
• Personal phone use is not permitted during working hours, with exception of communicating with the owner and team though app.
