Starting Pay:

$22.00 per hour

Position Summary Description:

The Sales Support Coordinator I (SSC I) assists with customer relations, order processing, ordering procedure, new product introductions, providing customer solutions, and resolving discrepancies. The SSC I utilizes all proprietary software of the company. Additionally, fulfills all other customer service responsibilities as directed by the Sales Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs the full range of customer service duties by receiving and accurately processing orders via electronic transmission, telephone, or fax, and fulfillment of customer needs to ensure Excellent Foodservice Beyond Expectation. Knowledge of the guidelines outlined in the 'Customer Service Procedures' and tools that are available. Assist with customer orders, discrepancies, and concerns and develop customer solutions with new product lines. Maintain working knowledge of Customer Accounts and Will Call procedures. Collaborates with various departments including Operations, Finance, Buyers, IC/QA, Transportation, and Account Managers. Basic proficiency in the use of all company proprietary software (i.e. Dynamics, PowerBi, Salesforce, HataNet, HataSell, etc). Performs similar and related duties as assigned by Supervisor. Uses the Company's Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as their guiding principles.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. One year of previous customer service or telemarketing and/or experience preferred. Why You'll Love Working at Y.
