We're hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow equipment sales throughout northeast Iowa. If you're motivated by building relationships, closing deals, and earning commission on top of a competitive base salary, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established equipment dealership with more than 30 years of success. Pay & Schedule Competitive base salary plus commission Performance-based earning potential with uncapped commission opportunities Monday-Friday schedule Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Full-time, long-term career opportunity Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and Safe Harbor 401(k) What You'll Be Doing Build and manage a multi-county sales territory throughout northeast Iowa Prospect new business and develop relationships with farmers, contractors, municipalities, and acreage owners Meet with customers to understand equipment needs and recommend the right solutions Conduct equipment demonstrations in the field and at the dealership Follow up on showroom leads and convert opportunities into sales Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service Manage your sales pipeline and work toward monthly and annual sales goals Represent a respected agricultural and construction equipment dealership in your assigned territory What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of sales experience Experience in equipment, agricultural, construction, industrial, B2B, or B2C sales preferred Strong communication, prospecting, and closing skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently Professional attitude and customer-focused approach Comfortable learning to operate heavy equipment for customer demonstrations Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus) Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors during demonstrations Experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus Why You'll Love This Job Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission opportunities Join a stable, well-established equipment dealership with a strong reputation Build long-term relationships with customers throughout northeast Iowa Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance Safe Harbor 401(k) retirement plan with wealth advisor Excellent long-term career growth and advancement opportunities Apply Today Call or text Express Employment Professionals at 608-779-4252 , email your resume to jobs.lacrossewi@expresspros.com , or apply online today!
