Don't miss this direct hire opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist in Urbana, IA. Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries while building strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Prepare and manage quotes, orders, follow-up, and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities to grow business with new and existing customers
• Develop knowledge of fasteners, construction materials, products, and customer applications
• Partner with Customer Service and Business Development teams to provide a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems
• Take ownership of customer needs from initial contact through resolution

Inside Sales Specialist Requirements:

• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with computers, phones, email, and business software
• Ability to learn products and understand customer applications
• Construction, fastener, or building-material experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
