Previous optical experience is not required ; we provide hands-on training and will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in the role. If you have a background in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality , you may be a great fit! Opticians work one-on-one with patients to help them select eyewear that fits their prescription, lifestyle, personal style, and budget. This position is a great combination of customer service, sales, healthcare, and fashion .
