The Role:

As a Customer Success Specialist , you will play a key role in shaping the success of our customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Manage quotations, order entries, and returns to ensure accurate and timely processing. Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey. Provide expertise in product recommendations, helping customers select the best skincare solutions for their needs. Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite SAP or Salesforce experience is preferred Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Strong prioritization skills
