Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and promoting our exterior services such as roofing siding and gutter replacements . Your enthusiasm, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills will help you build lasting relationships with clients, generate leads, and close sales effectively. Duties Actively prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and community engagement to expand the customer base. Present and promote exterior home solutions and other products to residential and commercial clients with confidence and clarity. Conduct detailed client consultations to assess their exterior needs and recommend tailored solutions that maximize value. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Utilize CRM software such as Acculynx to track interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate client records. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements while meeting or exceeding sales goals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, especially in roofing, insurance sales or energy solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and lead generation techniques to attract new clients effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. Proficiency with CRM software such as Acculynx or other CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales pipelines. Technical sales experience related to exterior sales, insurance claims, or similar technologies is preferred. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals confidently and efficiently. Exceptional client communication skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships. Ability to work independently in door-to-door environments while maintaining high levels of motivation and leadership qualities.
