Remote (Must reside 40 miles radius of Godfrey, IL)

Full-time As a Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive the sales of FTTH services to residential customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, such as Canvassing, D2D activity, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting FTTH services to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of FTTH technology and a strong ability to communicate its benefits to potential customers.

Pay Structure:

Year 1 average earnings: $65,000 - $70,000 / top performers exceed $90k

Base:

$30,000 + uncapped commission +

Bonus Bonuses:

Weekly/monthly performance incentives, spiffs, and contests $3,000 New Hire Commission Ramp in the first 2 months Key Responsibilities for

Strong knowledge of Fiber technology and services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Results-driven and a self-starter with the ability to work independently. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Adept at building and maintaining relationships with customers. Working Conditions for Outside Sales Representative This position involves Daily Travel and D2D sales activities. Sales targets may require occasional evening or weekend work. Perks!!!
