Compass is a leading expert in providing trailers to the trucking industry. The solutions we offer support the needs and meet the challenges every trucking company faces today. Compass Lease, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative for our Trailer Leasing division. This induvial should reside in Chicagoland area. A language fluency in Serbian is preferred. This individual will be responsible for meeting sales quotas, while providing the highest level of service to our customers.

Position Expectations:

Driven to achieve sales quotas (competitive drive) Excellent customer service skill Has basic knowledge of trailer specifications and applications to assist customers Provides solutions to customers based on customer needs and requirements and company policies. Monitor the trucking industry for the latest trends, cost saving measures and imposed regulations to ensure branch compliance Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Motivated and self-driven Familiarity with CRM tools preferred Experience in the trucking industry required Bilingual preferred (not required) Must be willing to travel Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs., as well as climb in, out, and go underneath trailers.
