Retail Sales & Promotions Representative Sauk Village, IL | Full-Time | W2 $600-$900 Per Week

Our client is expanding its retail campaign team throughout the Illinois/Indiana border market and is hiring a Retail Sales & Promotions Representative . This is an active, face-to-face position combining retail sales, promotional marketing, lead generation, brand representation and account acquisition . You'll represent a residential energy campaign inside established retail and promotional locations, creating awareness around available services and helping interested individuals understand their options. No previous energy or sales experience is required. Paid training is provided. What You'll Be Doing You'll be trained to: Represent residential energy campaigns inside established retail locations Engage shoppers and confidently initiate conversations Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities Support retail promotions and campaign activations Ask questions to identify individual household needs Present available services and programs Explain features, benefits, pricing and enrollment information Help interested individuals compare available options Support new account acquisition Guide qualified individuals through enrollment Build relationships with retail partner teams Maintain current campaign knowledge Track individual activity and performance Work toward individual and team goals Participate in ongoing sales, communication and professional-development training Who We're Looking For We're hiring for communication, confidence and drive . This position is not remote, work-from-home, door-to-door or call-center sales .
