Proactively generate new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship building. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of residential and commercial clients. Meet with clients to understand their goals, budgets, and timelines. Measure properties, develop landscape and hardscape solutions, and prepare estimates and proposals. Negotiate and close contracts while managing client relationships through project completion. Collaborate with the Head of Landscape and operations team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For We're looking for a self-motivated sales professional who takes ownership of their success and is driven to grow the business. Strong networking, prospecting, and lead-generation skills. A proven ability—or strong potential—to develop relationships and generate new business independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with estimates and numbers. Able to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through. A strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and commitment to teamwork and accountability. Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in sales, landscaping, landscape design, or a related field. $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
