Compensation:

Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 annually Overall possible yearly total compensation from $60,000 to $90,000+ UNCAPPED BONUSES Salary and earning potential is determined by experience, interview performance, and the ability to learn and produce. Total earning potential is a reflection of results achieved by successful producers who consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.

Experience Requirements & Qualifications:

2 YEARS

OF PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THIS SALES POSITION EARNING COMMISSION OR BONUSES

Primary Responsibilities:

Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership of the entire customer experience from first contact to close of policies. Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships. Execute, plan and implement office processes. Maintain reports and records of insurance policies. Process applications. Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions and make changes to existing policies. We will train you for any of the above, selling is the #1 ability we are looking to cultivate!
