Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their vehicle needs in a friendly, professional manner Build relationships with new and existing customers Stay knowledgeable on our inventory of new Chevrolet and GMC vehicles as well as used cars Conduct test drives and walk customers through financing and purchase options Follow up with leads, phone calls, and digital communications Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond

Experience:

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus — but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills A self-starter with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Shepherd's?
