What You'll Do As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you'll guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey: Greet and welcome customers, making them feel comfortable from the start Showcase our inventory — features, warranties, and benefits Answer questions on financing, the purchase process, and vehicle specs Handle test drives, trade-in evaluations, and paperwork Work with our finance team to secure the best options for each customer Follow up with past customers to build lasting relationships and repeat business What We're Looking For A friendly, welcoming attitude and strong listening skills Sales or customer service experience preferred, not required Good organizational and time-management skills A genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry Valid Kansas driver's license with a good driving record Full-time availability with some evening/weekend flexibility Coachable, team-oriented, and ready to grow High school diploma or equivalent What We Offer $3,000 Base pay plus commission — top performers earn well beyond base Health insurance and 401(k) Ongoing training and development A supportive team environment Real opportunity for career advancement Ready to take the next step?
