The candidate will be trained to handle quotations and order entry to ensure quality standards and procedures are met. Must be highly organized, able to multitask and posses excellent math, communication and computer skills. Willing to handle incoming phone calls and email inquiries. Ideal candidate with experience with pipe, valves & fittings, pipeline, water and waste water, oil & gas. Waiters, bartenders and office staff encouraged to apply. Job responsibilities include but not limited to: Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction for national and international customers. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for the entire sales cycle, including contacting and building strong relationships with existing and new customers. Relies on instructions and guidelines to perform the functions of the job, including receiving, recording, responding to, researching, investigating, resolving and reconciling customer orders. Performs order verification and quoting. Requirements Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Strong problem identification and resolution skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment Fluency in foreign languages both French and Spanish preferred, but not required.
