•As a full-time Home Improvement Sales Representative, you will be trained in all of our products and will learn how to identify their needs, introduce solutions, and guide customers through the sales process. We hire for attitude, work ethic, coachability, and ambition — then teach you the skills you need to succeed. ⸻ The Responsibilities Build relationships with customers and identify their home improvement needs Generate interest and set qualified appointments in your area Develop strong communication and negotiation skills Follow up with customers and maintain a high level of professionalism Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development Consistently work toward individual and team performance goals ⸻ The Qualifications Ability to learn objection handling, pipeline management, and rapport building skills Highly motivated and goal-oriented Confident communicators who enjoy interacting with people Coachable, professional, dependable and willing to learn Competitive with a strong desire to succeed Comfortable in a performance-based environment Interested in building a long-term career in sales No prior sales or home improvement experience is required.
