Up to $5,000 based on chimney industry experience Build a High-Income Career in Hands-On Sales Dave's Chimney Service is looking for a motivated, confident, and hardworking Chimney Sales Representative / Consultant to join our growing team. This is not a desk sales position . You'll be out in the field meeting homeowners, inspecting chimney systems, identifying problems, recommending solutions, and closing sales. Already have chimney experience? Qualified candidates may be eligible for an experience bonus of up to $5,000, depending on experience and qualifications. No chimney experience? We provide hands-on training for the right candidate. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments Perform chimney inspections and sweeps Climb ladders and safely access rooftops Identify chimney, masonry, venting, liner, leak, and safety concerns Take measurements, photos, and document inspection findings Enter inspection information using a company-provided iPad Educate homeowners about recommended repairs and solutions Prepare and present estimates Close sales on-site Follow up with customers when necessary Work closely with our office and installation teams to provide an excellent customer experience Take initiative and assist with additional responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident with customers, motivated by results, comfortable working with their hands, and willing to learn.

Requirements:

Comfortable climbing ladders, accessing roofs, and working at heights Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable using technology and an iPad Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work occasional Saturdays Sales, construction, masonry, roofing, HVAC, home improvement, or chimney experience is a plus — but not required. Training & Career Growth We don't expect you to know everything on day one. You'll receive paid, hands-on training in the field to learn: Chimney inspections and sweeping Chimney systems and common problems Measuring and estimating Customer education Consultative sales Industry safety practices We'll also provide opportunities for industry training and certification. As your knowledge and sales ability grow, you'll have the opportunity to transition into commission-based compensation with $100,000+ annual earning potential for top performers.
