Job Description

•CertainTeed is seeking a motivated, competitive, and results driven sales professional to help grow our Residential Below Grade Waterproofing business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and winning business. Working alongside an experienced team, you will spend much of your time in the field engaging with contractors, distributors, builders, and other industry partners to introduce CertainTeed's waterproofing solutions, establish new customer relationships, and expand our market presence. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the determination to turn opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & New Account Acquisition Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the Residential Below Grade Waterproofing market. Generate demand and establish new customer accounts. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, distributors, and industry partners. Execute territory growth strategies to achieve sales objectives. Customer Engagement & Market Development Conduct customer visits, jobsite meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions. Increase product awareness and adoption throughout the territory. Assess customer needs and identify growth opportunities. Position CertainTeed as a trusted solutions partner. Sales Administration & Professional Development Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and customer activity reports. Track and manage sales pipeline activity. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development opportunities. Continuously strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred 3 to 5+ years of sales, business development, customer facing, or related experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory Comfortable prospecting, networking, and developing new business opportunities Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $92,000 to $142,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $103,000 to $159,000. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
