We need a Comfort Advisor who can turn opportunities into installed systems. What you'll do Run company-provided, pre-qualified in-home sales appointments for HVAC replacements and upgrades Present Good/Better/Best options using our digital proposal system Offer financing through GreenSky and Synchrony to fit every budget Follow up on open estimates and build your own pipeline from our existing customer base Work with our install team to set jobs up for success Hit monthly sold-revenue and margin targets What's in it for you Uncapped, margin-based commission — sell well and earn well Company-generated leads (no cold door-knocking) Company vehicle, gas card, iPhone, and iPad Paid training on our sales process and ServiceTitan Health benefits, PTO, and paid holidays Veteran-owned culture — no corporate nonsense, just a team that performs What we're looking for 2+ years in-home sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, solar, roofing, windows, or similar) Proven track record closing at the kitchen table Comfortable with technology — tablets, CRM, digital proposals Valid driver's license and clean driving record Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive Nice to have HVAC technical knowledge or trade background ServiceTitan experience Existing book of business on the South Shore 3R Plumbing & Mechanical is an equal opportunity employer. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
