We're looking to expand our team with motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and closing deals. We are seeking a driven and personable Car Salesperson to join Walt's Motors. In this role, you will assist customers throughout the entire car-buying process (from first contact to final delivery) while building lasting relationships and ensuring a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features Follow up with leads (walk-ins, phone, online inquiries) Work closely with management to meet and exceed sales goals Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license required Must be able to pass a background check.
