Work with a high energy team with a proven process to deliver an uncompromising customer experience. Our Business Development Representatives work with prospective and previous customers via phone, text message, and email to set appointments for our Sales team. If you have previous success in a customer-facing role (Customer Service, Cell Phone Sales, Restaurant or Service Industry) then we want to speak with you. Bilingual is a plus, but not required. You must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and via text message. 75% or more of a typical shift for a BDC Rep is spent on the phone. Saturday shifts are required. 36 to 40 hours, 5-day work week, no late nights, no Sundays, and we are closed all major holidays.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

• Handling of incoming internet leads and phone calls from a variety of websites and sources.
• Prompt responses with outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers.
• Following up on all unsold customers.

Business Development Representative -

Qualifications:

• High level of comfort dealing with customers on the phone.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• PC / Computer / Internet competency required.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
