As a Home Stager at Domain, you will be the creative force behind our property transformations. You'll partner with both long-standing and new clients to curate staging orders that showcase a home's full potential. By expertly blending styling, furnishing, and accessorizing, you will create aspirational spaces that decrease days-on-market and maximize property value. This role requires an interest in sales, with a keen eye for design and the logistical agility to oversee on-site installations across our service areas.

Responsibilities Account Management:

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing staging clients. Identify and contact prospective clients to generate new staging opportunities while the stages are less active. Conduct direct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, or by attending networking events. Logging contact and follow-up within our

CRM Inbound Leads:

Oversee and manage inbound staging leads generated through Domain's website. Respond to inquiries, assess client needs, and guide prospective clients through the sales process. Convert inbound leads into new staging clients and opportunities. Logging contact and follow-up within our

CRM Creative Execution:

Conceptualize and execute full-scale staging designs for vacant properties, transforming empty spaces into aspirational homes.

Curated Styling:

Strategically select and arrange furniture, artwork, and decor to accentuate architectural highlights and maximize market appeal.

Project Leadership:

Oversee project lifecycles, including timeline management, budget adherence, and seamless on-site logistics.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain precise client records within our ERP system and collaborate with leadership to refine and elevate service workflows.

Client Relations:

Serve as a brand ambassador, providing professional, high-touch communication to ensure a seamless experience for every homeowner.

Versatile Support:

Assist with administrative or operational needs to ensure the sales team's collective success.

Experience Experience:

2+ years of proven success in Home Staging, Interior Design, or high-end Visual Merchandising.

Organizational Mastery:

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple installations simultaneously.

Physical Agility:

Ability to handle the "hands-on" nature of staging, including lifting and maneuvering furniture and décor.

Drive:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for site visits and project oversight.

Education:

High School Diploma required; a degree or certification in Interior Design or a related field is a plus.

Mindset:

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
