Job Description
Seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business and expand our presence within the hazardous and non-hazardous waste management industry . What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business opportunities Build relationships with industrial, commercial, and environmental customers Identify hazardous and non-hazardous waste management needs Conduct customer meetings and site visits Present cost-effective, solution-based services Develop proposals and close new business Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Partner with internal operations and technical teams to deliver effective customer solutions What We're Looking For Outside sales or business development experience Experience in waste management, hazardous waste, environmental services, industrial services, remediation, recycling, or a related industry Strong prospecting and new business development skills A proven ability to build relationships and close business Comfortable with solution-based and technical selling Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by results Why Join Us?
