Just Amazing Home Care LLC is seeking a motivated, experienced Business Development Specialist to help grow our private-pay home care division. We are looking for someone who understands how to build relationships, develop referral sources, generate leads, and convert those relationships into new private-pay home care clients.

Compensation Base Pay:

$20.00/hour In addition to hourly compensation, you will earn: 2.5% commission on collected private-pay revenue from every qualifying new client you personally bring to Just Amazing Home Care for the client's first 60 days of service. There is no set limit on the number of qualifying clients you can bring into the agency, giving this position significant earning potential based on performance. Responsibilities Develop new private-pay home care business and referral relationships Generate and follow up with prospective clients and families Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, senior communities, social workers, case managers, physicians and other referral partners Conduct community outreach and networking Identify new referral and partnership opportunities Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources Track leads, referrals and new client conversions Work closely with our administrative and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to admission Represent Just Amazing Home Care professionally in the community Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, organized and comfortable developing business independently. Home care, healthcare, senior care, community outreach, sales or business development experience is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable being held accountable for measurable results, including leads, referrals, new private-pay clients and collected revenue. Growth Opportunity This position will begin part-time, but we are looking for someone who can grow with the company. Performance and progress will be reviewed as the private-pay division expands, with the opportunity for increased responsibilities, hours and compensation based on results.
