Our client is a respected leader in the restoration industry, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. What You'll Do As an Outside Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding referral partnerships throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and commercial accounts Generate new business through face-to-face networking and prospecting Build strategic partnerships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, contractors, and other referral sources Promote the company's restoration services with professionalism and integrity Execute marketing and business development strategies that drive revenue growth Represent the company at networking events and community functions Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure exceptional customer service Maintain accurate sales activities and customer information

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

Outside B2B sales experience required Proven ability to develop new business and build lasting client relationships Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a high-performing team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Experience:

Restoration, construction, property services, or related industry experience is a plus Experience calling on insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, contractors, or commercial accounts is highly desirable

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$60,000-$70,000 (DOE) +
