Who You Are Experience:

1-3 years in customer service, sales support, or administration (Broadband/Telecom experience is a plus!).

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and basic broadband troubleshooting.

Self-Motivated & Accountable:

You take ownership of your work, admit mistakes, and are always looking for ways to contribute to the team's success.

Emotionally Intelligent:

Local Roots:

Located in or near Unity , Maine with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle..
