Ripcord Construction is growing, and we're looking for motivated, competitive, and driven individuals to join our sales team. We're not looking for someone who just wants to collect a paycheck. We're looking for someone who wants to develop their skills, take ownership of their success, and build a rewarding career in the roofing industry. Experience in roofing? Great. No roofing experience but have the drive to learn and succeed? We want to talk to you. We believe successful salespeople are built through training, structure, accountability, and opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and company-provided leads. Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing needs. Conduct roof inspections and identify potential damage. Present professional estimates and explain roofing solutions. Educate homeowners on products, warranties, and installation processes. Assist homeowners throughout the insurance claim process when applicable. Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers. Maintain sales activity in our CRM. Work toward established weekly and monthly sales goals. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings. Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who: Is self-motivated. Is competitive and enjoys working toward measurable goals. Has strong communication and relationship-building skills. Is comfortable knocking on doors and starting conversations. Can confidently handle objections and ask for the sale. Is coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process. Takes accountability for their results. Is organized and follows through on commitments. Maintains a professional appearance and attitude. Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Previous roofing, construction, or outside sales experience is preferred but not required.
