Job Description

Patrick Miller Construction, a local, family owned and operated company, has immediate openings for professional exterior envelope remodeling sales person. We are a fully licensed general contractor specializing in windows, siding, roofing, gutters, garages and decks, and concrete. Residential, Commercial, and Government Sales. We are seeking self-motivated professionals that are looking to join a winning, results-oriented team to help with our increasing client growth. Limited full-time positions are available. Prospective candidates
MUST HAVE STRONG EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
KNOWLEDGE and sales experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Sales Professional Responsibilities:
Calling and following up on provided leads in a timely manner Provide the prospective client a comprehensive estimate in an expedited fashion Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process to completion and perform a final walkthrough of the project to collect the final payment. Maintain communication with prospects, clients, team members and management
Experience and Required Attributes:
