EAST METRO

Twin Cities Area . In this exciting yet challenging role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through assisting clients in the selection of custom Window Treatments in their homes, while providing warm and friendly customer service. You will be spending time with customers in their homes (as well as the store) to determine their needs and discussing window treatment options as well as color selections. You have unlimited potential for earnings. In addition to a base salary, you will receive commissions on all Window treatment options you sell. Only the sky is the limit! No Cold Calling Required What do we offer?

Compensation and Benefits:

Average earnings are $30k to $unlimited annually (or more, depending on your ambition)

Paid Holidays Job Requirements:

• Sales and/or design experience a plus (1-5 years extremely helpful, but not required)
• Creative with a passion for interior and textile design (Interior design degree not required )
• Experienced with window treatment sales (fabric and solar shades, custom drapery, etc) preferred but not required. Training will be provided
• Professional, assertive & confident.
