Some company-generated inquiries arrive as booked estimates; others require your follow-up and booking. You'll also develop commercial concrete coating opportunities through prospecting and relationship development. You get paid 8% of sales. The initial opportunity mix is targeted at about 70% company-supplied and 30% rep-developed, not a guaranteed allocation of booked appointments. The company's estimated compensation is $150,000 a year, equivalent to about $12,500 a month or $3,125 a week using four-week months. This is an estimate, not guaranteed earnings. Residential jobs currently average approximately $4,000, and the booked appointment volume needed to support that income has not been verified. Self-generating additional opportunities can push the numbers higher. Commercial prospecting is a core part of this role, not just an optional activity on the side. Requirements:

A car and a valid driver's license Relevant experience in concrete coatings, flooring, construction, building products, or an adjacent trade is preferred Proven outside-sales experience with direct closing responsibility, in-person discovery and scoping, follow-up, and CRM discipline Commercial sales experience and demonstrated commercial relationship development and prospecting experience are important Able to travel for in-person site visits within the agreed territory Able to document estimates and follow-up in the CRM and hand complete, accurate scopes to operations Some more details about the position:

Full-time, mainly weekday site visits with some evening homeowner estimates. Exact hours and flexibility to be finalized.
