Job Description

Job Overview Express Employment is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative for a local restoration company based in Bonne Terre, MO. Preferred candidate would drive growth through strategic client engagement and relationship building. This role is centered around creating and maintaining strong partnerships that consistently produce new opportunities. Pay is based on experience! Duties Focus 100% on generating new business, building referral relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Build and Maintain relationships with:

Insurance Agents & Adjusters, Plumbers, Property Manager, and Real Estate Professionals. Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of referrals. Develop new business opportunities through networking and outreach. Maintain regular contact with referral partners to stay top-of-mind. Represent the company in the field with professionalism and urgency. Track and report on business development activity and results. Pay Base hourly pay (based on experience) Aggressive commission structure: 10% on water jobs, 5% on fire and mold jobs Other Company vehicle is provided Company phone is provided Marketing budget is provided
