HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Account Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of customer orders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage all aspects of customer orders Respond to inquiries from the Sales Team or other internal parties to aid in order fulfillment. Communicate and collaborate with other team members and departments to best serve the customer Understand order processing systems and delivery channels Serve as liaison for traveling sales representatives Maintain customer relations by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism Demonstrate a desire for team success by keeping an eye open for process improvement. Be prepared to assist on special projects with other departments as needed. Continued cross training and education within our own department as well as other departments within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Prior experience demonstrating success in a Customer Service oriented position. A strong attention to detail The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment A strong work ethic, professionalism, reliability and a positive disposition Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Smart Sheets

• working knowledge or willingness to learn SalesForce

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED preferred College/University undergraduate degree preferred but not required. Experience in field sales and/or sales leadership in high school music/performing arts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

​This job operates in 100% in-office environment at our Brookfield, MO location. Work Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am

• 4:30 pm Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and walking, lifting, bending, kneeling may occur.
