We're looking for a part-time, in-person Sales Representative to help applicants move from initial interest all the way through enrollment and onboarding. You'll be a key point of contact for caregivers—helping them complete applications, meeting with them in person, collecting and submitting documentation, tracking their progress, and making sure they're fully onboarded and ready to provide care. What you'll do Screen and speak with caregiver applicants by phone Meet with applicants to complete applications and enrollment requirements Guide caregivers through paperwork and required documentation Review applications for accuracy and completeness Submit applications and required documents Track each applicant through the enrollment process and follow up on outstanding items Help caregivers complete the full onboarding process , including required onboarding steps and documentation Keep applicant and caregiver information organized and up to date in our systems Communicate with caregivers throughout the process and answer questions Identify and resolve issues that may delay enrollment or onboarding Make calls and follow up consistently to keep applicants moving forward Hit weekly application, enrollment, and onboarding goals Work closely with the Enrollment, Operations, and Care teams to get caregivers fully activated What we're looking for 1+ year of experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, customer service, healthcare, or enrollment Strong phone presence and excellent follow-up Bubbly, outgoing personality and comfortable talking to anyone Comfortable meeting with people face-to-face Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple applicants at different stages of the process Strong follow-through—you don't let applications sit unfinished Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Self-directed and motivated by goals Reliable and comfortable working in person Details Part-time In-person Hourly pay Opportunity for additional hours based on performance and business needs The ideal candidate is someone who is great with people, loves getting things done, and can take a caregiver from "I'm interested" → application → enrollment → onboarding → ready to work.

Pay:
