10% Commission | Uncapped Earning Potential About the Opportunity Lifetime Contracting is expanding its residential remodeling division, and we're looking for a motivated, personable sales professional to join our team. We specialize in bathroom renovations, shower replacements, and residential remodeling projects throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting homeowners, and earning based on performance. We provide the appointments, pricing software, and production support. You focus on selling. What We Offer 10% commission on collected sales revenue. Uncapped earning potential. Earning Potential:

$50,000 in monthly collected sales = $5,000 commission. $75,000 in monthly collected sales = $7,500 commission. $100,000 in monthly collected sales = $10,000 commission. Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed. What You'll Do You'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their homes.

Your responsibilities include:

Attending scheduled in-home sales appointments. Consulting with homeowners about their remodeling goals. Taking measurements and evaluating project requirements. Building estimates using our established pricing software. Presenting remodeling options and pricing. Closing sales and completing customer contracts. Maintaining communication with the office and following up with customers. Coordinating sold projects with our production team. Appointments are scheduled and communicated the evening before. You'll work independently in the field, checking in with the office as needed. Ideal candidates will have:

Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement or residential remodeling. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence conducting in-home consultations. Ability to work independently and manage appointments. Basic technology proficiency. Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license. A positive attitude and results-driven mindset.
