Overview Sales Representative Company:
ACT We are a small, family-owned business looking for a friendly, motivated sales representative to help customers choose products and services that fit their needs. We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, follows through, and enjoys building customer relationships.Responsibilities:
Assist customers in the showroom, over the phone, and by email. Learn our products and services and explain available options. Prepare estimates and follow up with prospective customers. Keep accurate records of leads, estimates, and sales. Coordinate with our installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience.Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized, dependable, and comfortable using computers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous sales experience preferred. Construction or home improvement knowledge is a plus.To apply:
