Our company specializes in C ommercial and Industrial Garage Doors, Loading Dock Equipment, Commercial Pedestrian Doors, Automatic Gates, Access Systems, and related Commercial Door Products . We have built our business by providing dependable service, quality workmanship, and long-term relationships with our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying service opportunities, and helping commercial and industrial customers keep their facilities operating safely and efficiently. What You'll Do As a Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business while also building relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities include:

Develop new commercial service customers throughout the Kansas City Metro Build and maintain relationships with existing customers Identify opportunities for repairs, preventative maintenance, upgrades, and equipment replacement Visit customer facilities and evaluate their door, dock, and gate service needs Prepare and follow up on service proposals and quotes Develop preventative maintenance and recurring service opportunities Work closely with our service and operations teams to ensure customers receive excellent service Maintain regular communication with customers and follow up on completed work and future needs Help grow our commercial service business and customer base What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, professional, organized, and comfortable working directly with commercial customers .

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous outside sales or service sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to develop new business and maintain existing accounts Good organizational and follow-up skills Mechanical or construction-related knowledge Commercial garage door, dock equipment, gate, access control, or related industry experience is a strong plus Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to work independently while being part of a team Compensation We offer a competitive base salary plus commission , giving you the stability of a salary with the opportunity to increase your income as you grow your customer base and sales.
