Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in growing our customer base by engaging with potential clients, understanding their connectivity needs, and providing tailored internet solutions. Whether it's businesses or households, you'll be the voice that introduces them to the power of our fixed wireless and fiber services.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers. Explain the benefits of fixed wireless and fiber internet services, tailored to customer needs. Address questions, overcome objections, and close sales effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and track outcomes. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and our competitive advantages. Serve our community by embodying and promoting our core values.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably inside sales or in telecommunications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
