Job Description
Field Sales Representative - Tribal Program North American Local (NAL) North American Local is seeking dependable, professional, and results-oriented Field Sales Representatives to support customer enrollment within eligible Tribal communities. This position requires consistent field presence, strong communication, and the ability to meet established production standards while following all company procedures. Position Responsibilities
- Work in the field using a canopy/tent setup at approved, strategic, high-traffic locations.
- Promote and complete Tribal-qualified activations only.
- Maintain a minimum production requirement of 25 valid and approved Tribal activations per week.
- Assist customers professionally throughout the enrollment and application process.
- Maintain consistent communication with management and the operations team.
- Submit all required reports and updates during the workday.
- Perform field activities within the company's operational hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Compensation Commission rates are based on the number of valid and approved activations completed during the applicable commission cycle:
- 1-20 activations: $18 per activation
- 21-30 activations: $20 per activation
- 31-40 activations: $22 per activation
- 41-50 activations: $24 per activation
- 51 or more activations: $25 per activation Payments are issued biweekly. Productivity Incentive Representatives who complete 20 or more valid and approved Tribal activations during the week may qualify for an additional $5 per activation productivity bonus, subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of the current incentive program. Important Position Requirements
- Regular Lifeline activations are not permitted. All submitted activations must meet Tribal eligibility requirements.
- This is a field-based position and requires working from a canopy/tent setup.
- Representatives are responsible for purchasing and maintaining the materials required for their canopy and work area.
- Customer devices and eligible orders are shipped directly by mail.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Representatives must maintain regular communication with management and comply with all reporting, attendance, and operational requirements.
- Failure to consistently meet production or communication requirements may affect continued participation in the program. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, field marketing, customer service, telecommunications, or community outreach is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain productive without direct on-site supervision.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in outdoor and community-based environments.
