Job Description

Responsibilities of this Job

Sell cars, trucks, vans, and suvs using a proven process that is customer friendly.
Light physical duties - Moving inventory, promotional items, numerous walking visits to greet customers
Log, Track, Follow-up and Report individual performance utilizing our CRM website
Be well dressed with a neat appearance at all time
Pass the necessary manufacturer's product test modules
Maintain a level at or above the manufacturer's CSI index (Excellent Customer Surveys) Skills Needed
Self motivator
Task oriented
Computer, social media, public interaction savy
Punctual
Negotiation and closing a sale
Constant and consistent follow up processes - mail, email, text, phone, and social media
Vocal and outgoing personality Required Work Experience 2-3 years sales oriented experience preferred but not necessary Education
High school diploma, GED, or higher
