Position Summary Antix Home Solutions is seeking a motivated, self-driven Commercial Account Manager to grow our commercial pest control division. This position focuses on developing new business, building relationships, and selling pest control services to apartment communities, property management companies, commercial businesses, HOAs, industrial facilities, and other commercial customers. Responsibilities Generate new commercial accounts through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling. Build and maintain relationships with commercial customers. Conduct property inspections and prepare proposals and service agreements. Present pest control solutions that meet each customer's needs. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity. Represent Antix Home Solutions professionally in the field. Qualifications Previous B2B or commercial sales experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to generate your own leads. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pest control industry experience is a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. Performance bonuses.
