Health insurance, PTO, employee discount Position Overview We are looking for an outgoing, organized, fashion-passionate Showroom Manager / Wholesale Sales & Customer Service professional to join our wholesale apparel team. This is a fashion position first and foremost. We want someone who genuinely loves clothing, trends, new collections, and working with people. In this hands-on role, you'll manage the day-to-day showroom experience while building relationships with wholesale customers, presenting collections, supporting orders, following up on sales opportunities, and helping grow our business. What You'll Do Manage daily showroom operations and maintain a polished, stylish, customer-ready space Merchandise and organize samples, collections, new arrivals, and displays Welcome and assist wholesale customers in person, by phone, and through email Present collections and confidently discuss styles, trends, colors, fabrics, fits, and key selling points Help customers select merchandise that works for their stores Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing wholesale accounts Enter and follow up on orders and assist with product, shipping, availability, and account questions Consistently follow up with customers and sales leads to encourage orders and repeat business Share new arrivals, best sellers, promotions, and selling opportunities with customers Help develop new wholesale accounts and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from initial contact through order completion What We're Looking For A genuine passion for fashion is a must 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, fashion retail, wholesale, showroom sales, or a related role Outgoing, friendly, confident, and comfortable building relationships Strong communication, sales, and follow-up skills Interest in fashion trends, styling, merchandising, and apparel Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated, dependable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative Able to work independently while also being a strong team player Basic computer skills and ability to learn order management, CRM, and inventory systems Who You Are You love fashion and love people .
