This is a pure closing role — we book the appointments, you show up and close the deal. No prospecting, no cold calling, no self-generated leads. If you have experience in home services, roofing, solar, remodeling, or any high-ticket in-home sales and want a role where the calendar is already full, this is for you. What you'll do: Run pre-scheduled homeowner appointments (in-home or virtual) Present our roof rejuvenation solution using our proven sales process Handle objections, pricing, and paperwork to close on the spot Log every appointment outcome in our CRM Follow up on appointments that don't close same-visit What we're looking for: Prior in-home or high-ticket sales experience (home services, solar, roofing, or remodeling backgrounds preferred) Comfortable following a structured, proven sales process Strong communicator who builds trust quickly Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Resilient, coachable, and hungry to close What we offer: [Pay structure — base + commission / commission-only, with OTE range] A full calendar of pre-booked, qualified appointments — you're not hunting for leads Full training on our sales framework and product Ground-floor opportunity in a fast-growing, low-competition market Ready to close instead of chase? .
