T & T is a full service tree and shrub care company. No COLD calling. Established customer base in Bucks County PA, Hunterdon, and Mercer County NJ areas. Follow-up on leads. Superior customer service skills required. Solid background in estimating tree work with an emphasis on plant health care. Strong knowledge in all areas is a must.

Candidate will possess the following:

1. 2-3 years in Sales with a record of success in both Tree Work and Plant Healthcare 2. Excellent sales and communication skills 3. Plant identification, problem diagnosis skills 4. Self-motivated, independent and detail-solution oriented 5. Certified Arborist or Licensed Tree Expert desired 6. Experience using estimating software. Will train on Arborgold. 7. NJ or PA Pesticide License desired 8. Must be a Team Player 9. NJ or PA Driver's License with clean record 10. Drug and Alcohol free (pre-employment testing is mandatory) Duties 1. On time, 7 am, Monday to Friday to facilitate job/crew management. Saturday AM appointments are optional to drive personal income potential. 2. As a member of the sales team, schedule tree work in advance, to include required trucks, equipment, and crew selection. 3. Maintain customer appointments as scheduled by office staff a. Complete all scheduled appointments b. Complete all estimates the same day and email/text customers c. Schedule any direct customer contact appointments in schedule calendar to eliminate overbooking/rescheduling. 4. Follow-up with Customers on Estimates and seek to close estimates. 5. Maintain scheduled work and customer communications to reduce "last minute" changes. a. Once the work is scheduled, no alterations without direct approval of manager b. Focus on work-in-process jobs as the highest priority and schedule to completion. c. Sign off on invoices in a timely manner. 6. Work directly with Office Staff to manage the collection of accounts receivable. 7. Directly manage the resolution of customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours . 8. Not a remote position. Work from Office location when not in the field with customers.
