Work Arrangement:
Onsite Position Overview The Product Support Specialist will support a sales organization through Salesforce training, process optimization, reporting, and day-to-day platform support. This role serves as a bridge between sales strategy and execution, helping sales representatives use Salesforce effectively while identifying opportunities to improve internal sales processes. The specialist will work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Technology, Marketing, Brand, shared services, and development teams. The role requires hands-on Salesforce experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to analyze processes, identify trends, and support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Facilitate individual and group training on Salesforce features, navigation, and best practices. Create and maintain Salesforce training guides, quick-reference materials, and onboarding content. Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to identify Salesforce sales-cycle bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Support automation and workflow enhancements while considering downstream impacts on internal systems. Gather user feedback and lead process improvement workshops. Build reports and dashboards that provide sales leadership with insight into performance and opportunities. Monitor Salesforce adoption, pipeline health, and representative productivity and identify actionable trends. Customize prebuilt Enablement reports and dashboards. Help define and implement criteria for outcome and milestone measures. Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert and first line of support for the sales team. Collaborate with development teams to configure Salesforce features and customize the platform for sales processes. Provide support for the dashCRM platform. Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management on departmental initiatives. Liaise with shared services regarding sales-related processes, enhancements, challenges, and rollouts. Work with Marketing, Technology, and Brand teams to align messaging and sales efforts. Facilitate knowledge sharing across departments. Develop working knowledge of the sales cycle and internal processes from the sales perspective, including application submission, GCI, FDDs, and reporting. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is required. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced find, filters, functions and formulas, and charts. Experience with Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Power Automate, and SharePoint. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work across functions while taking ownership of individual results. Proactive and adaptable approach with strong organizational and time management skills. Positive and professional approach with discretion when handling confidential information. Strong attention to detail. Ability to think beyond immediate tasks and contribute to longer-term enablement strategy. Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate or technology. Data analysis experience. Salesforce Administrator or Associate certification. Familiarity with franchise or brokerage sales operations.
